Admission and Discharge Report

Our new Admission and Discharge Report feature is designed to enhance reporting capabilities for Clinical Managers and higher roles. This functionality allows authorized users to generate a report showing a list of admitted and discharged residents based on a selected time period.

  • Improved Oversight: Enables Clinical Managers to efficiently monitor admissions and discharges within a specific timeframe, ensuring comprehensive tracking of resident status.

  • Enhanced Data Management: Supports better planning and resource allocation by providing clear insights into resident flow.

How it Works:

  • Time Period Selection: Users can specify a time period for which they want to view the admission and discharge data.
  • Detailed Report: The system generates a detailed report listing all residents admitted and discharged within the selected time period. This report includes detailed information about the resident's admission source, reasons for discharge, and their destination upon discharge.

 

Question Tracking and Progress Indication

We have also introduced a new feature that improves the evaluation process by allowing users to see a ratio for each section of questions answered. This functionality helps users clearly identify which questions have not been answered.

Immunization Report

We are pleased to introduce a new feature that grants Clinical Managers access to a comprehensive list of all residents and their respective immunization records. This functionality includes essential information such as the Date Given, Immunization Name, Manufacturer, Booster Status, Response, and Additional Notes.
