Announcing New Features for Eldermark NEXT CRM

We are excited to introduce some powerful new features for Eldermark NEXT CRM. These updates are based on user feedback and our commitment to providing the best tools for managing operations at your senior living community.

Here are the key features included in this release:

Delete Prospect Option

Maintaining an accurate and clean database is crucial for effective CRM management. With the new Delete Prospect Option, Org Admins and higher roles can now delete prospects that were added in error. This feature ensures data accuracy and helps manage data entry errors, especially during manual CRM data migration.

Key Benefits:

  • Improved Data Accuracy: Helps keep the CRM database free of unnecessary records.
  • Enhanced Data Management: Allows Org Admins to effectively manage and clean up data.
  • Access Control: The delete option is only available to users with appropriate access levels, ensuring data integrity and security.

How it Works:

  • A "Delete" option has been added to the actions menu on the Prospects screen, available exclusively to Org Admins and higher roles.
  • The delete button is hidden for users without necessary access permissions.
  • When a prospect is deleted, related records remain intact to preserve data integrity.

Resident Tab in CRM Contact Listing

To streamline resident management, we have added a new Resident Tab in the CRM Contact Listing. This feature caters to the needs of Sales Associates and higher roles, providing a dedicated space to view and manage a list of residents within the community, even if they did not originate as Prospects in the CRM.

Key Benefits:

  • Efficient Data Access: Sales Associates can easily access and manage a comprehensive list of active residents.
  • Enhanced Workflow: Sales counselors can create activities for residents directly from the Residents tab.
  • Improved Resident Engagement: Simplifies the process of managing resident activities, supporting better engagement.

How it Works:

  • A "Residents" tab has been added to the Contacts screen, providing a dedicated space to view and manage active residents.
  • The tab displays an up-to-date list of all residents in the community.

Linking Prospects to Existing Residents

To address the common scenario of converting prospects to residents, we have introduced a feature that allows Sales Associates and higher roles to link a prospect to an existing resident. This functionality streamlines the conversion process and reduces the risk of duplicate resident records.

  • Efficient Data Management: Maintains a cohesive and accurate database by linking prospects to existing residents.
  • Enhanced Workflow: Facilitates a seamless transition from prospect to resident.
  • Improved Customer Experience: Ensures accurate record-keeping and a smooth experience for prospects.

How it Works:

  • When a prospect is ready to move in but has not been converted to a resident, a clinical user can add the prospect as a resident in the clinical system.
  • Sales Associates can then link the prospect to the existing resident record, ensuring no duplicate entries.
