More on Eldermark NEXT
More than a year ago we launched the Modernized Project, an initiative to evolve the Eldermark platform with next generation technology so that customers have a comprehensive, cloud-based software suite for managing all aspects of their business and residents’ experience. We are calling the new platform the Eldermark NEXT to distinguish it from the current solution.
The Eldermark Modernization Project is a complex undertaking that will become available in different phases of development. We have launched Release 1, and will be rolling out Release 2 shortly.
It's important to note that the new release modules are early versions that meet the minimum requirements to be usable by our Early Adopter customers. The currently limited scope is intentional because it allows us to obtain critical feedback from Early Adopters throughout the product development process so we can make rapid adjustments and release more feature-rich versions to more customers more quickly.
There are several benefits, including (but not limited to):
- A modernized product that is built with cutting-edge technology.
- A cloud-based and device-agnostic platform that is responsive and mobile-friendly.
- More reliable and scalable customer data that is easier to access and analyze.

Absolutely. There are no changes you need to make at this time.
We have defined features for Releases 1 and 2, and using an agile approach for launching new features, we will be able to automatically release new ones as soon as they are ready. Keep this page bookmarked, as we will continue to provide updates on specific new and improved features and modules that will be added to the platform.
