1. Emergency Contact Roster- Quickly access a list of all residents along with their emergency contacts. This tool is essential for efficiently finding contact information in urgent situations or auditing to ensure all residents have designated emergency contacts.
- Easily generate a printable roster displaying each resident's name, unit, gender, date of birth, and leave status. Ideal for staff who need to quickly produce and share resident information, with options to print to PDF or export to Excel.
3. Weight Report
- Monitor changes in resident weights over the past year, with data on percentage or pound change at intervals of 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. This report offers clinical staff a crucial tool for observing trends and identifying gaps in documentation, enhancing resident care through actionable insights.
4. Evaluations Due Report
- Keep track of all upcoming and overdue evaluations for residents within your community. This report helps clinical staff ensure compliance and timely reevaluation, enhancing care planning and resident safety.
5. Clinical Alert Dashboard
- Stay informed with real-time alerts for critical vitals such as blood sugar, oxygen saturation, and temperature. This dashboard aids clinical staff in responding promptly to potential health issues, ensuring optimal care and intervention.
